PROGRESSVE CHANGE AMBASSADORS, HAILS SOUTHERN GOVORNORS FORUM FOR INSISTING SOUTH MUST PRODUCE NEXT PRESIDENT IN NIGERIA..

Progressve Change Ambassadors (PCA,)a Grass_Root Political Mobilization, Sensitization and Awareness Machinery for All Progressves Congress (APC), has applauded the meeting of the Southern Governors FORUM for taking position regarding rotational presidency between the North and South in the next Presidential election in Nigeria.

The Founder and President, Progressve Change Ambassadors (PCA) ,Mr.Ikechi Akpuh made the commendation in a statement released in Port Harcourt Monday,5th July,2021 shortly after the Govornors Forum had their meeting in Lagos where alot of issues concerning the religion was largely deliberated and sizable agreement reached.

Mr . Akpuh commended the chairman of the Southern Governors FORUM and Governor of Ondo State, Mr. Rotimi Akeredolu for his outstanding boldness while briefing newsmen immediately after the meeting where he opined that the Govornors unanimously agreed that the next President of the country should come from the South.

The Ikwerre Born Politician commended Southern Governors Forum also for rejecting the 3% oil revenue proposal by the Senate for host communities in the Petroleum Industry Bill but adopted the 5 % proposal by the House of Representatives.

The Progressve Change Ambassadors Boss hailed the decision of the Southern Govornors meeting which was well attended and the subsequent rejection of the removal of electronic transfer of election results in the proposed Electoral Act Amendment bill.

Mr.Akpuh clapped for the governors also for insisting that September 21, 2021, is the deadline for the promulgation of anti-open grazing law among its member states.
